All our beef is pasture raised year round. Please select the option you want, and base the quantity on how much you'd like through the year. For example, if you want a 1/2 beef for next year, select 2 of the 1/4 beef options of your choosing. Note: these prices do not include processing, that is paid directly to the butcher. Standard processing runs around $0.87/lb hanging weight.
